Welcome to Ridgewell Health. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.
1. Who We Are and Who Does What
This website and your account are operated by Ridgewell Health LLC (“Ridgewell Health,” “we,” or “us”). Your care involves three parties:
- Ridgewell Health LLC operates this website and your account, provides the online intake platform, processes payments, and provides customer support related to your account and orders. Ridgewell Health LLC does not practice medicine, prescribe medication, or dispense medication.
- Independent, licensed clinicians (US Health & Wellness Medical Group) review your intake and decide whether treatment is medically appropriate. Clinicians prescribe. Prescribing decisions are made independently of Ridgewell Health and of the pharmacy.
- National Health Rx LLC d/b/a Partell Pharmacy (“Partell Pharmacy”) is the licensed pharmacy that dispenses and ships your medication when a clinician has prescribed it. Partell Pharmacy is licensed in 49 states (all U.S. states except Texas). We cannot ship to Texas.
2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use the Ridgewell Health website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
You may not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.
3. Our Services
Ridgewell Health provides access to telehealth evaluation, prescription treatment when appropriate, and related information and resources, as described on our website.
Our services and offerings may change from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or portion of the website when necessary.
4. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older. We check your date of birth before any payment card is authorized, and we cannot provide services to anyone under 18.
- Be physically located in one of the 49 states we serve (all U.S. states except Texas) and provide a delivery address in that state
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Availability of any treatment depends on clinical eligibility, as decided by the treating clinician.
5. Prescription Required; Clinician Decisions
Prescription medication is available only after evaluation by a licensed clinician and when determined medically appropriate. If treatment is approved, the clinician writes the prescription and Partell Pharmacy dispenses and ships the medication.
- The clinician decides whether treatment is medically appropriate. The clinician may decline to approve treatment, may ask for more information, or may recommend a different treatment or a visit to another healthcare provider.
- The final medication, formulation, strength, and quantity are determined by the clinician’s evaluation and the prescription the clinician writes. You cannot choose or change your medication or dose through this website.
- Selecting a product, strength, or quantity, or paying, does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed.
- Medication is dispensed and shipped only after a clinician has prescribed it and Partell Pharmacy has received and verified the prescription. You cannot obtain prescription medication without clinician review.
- Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. It is never available for self-selection. It requires a clinician evaluation, including lab work and an in-person or video evaluation, and a clinician must decide whether it is appropriate for you.
6. Medical Information & Care
Information provided through the Ridgewell Health website is intended to support your understanding of our services and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Healthcare services provided through Ridgewell Health are subject to appropriate clinical evaluation and may not be suitable for everyone. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention through your local emergency services. Do not use this website in an emergency.
7. Compounded Medications
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to applicable law. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. They are not the same as brand-name medicines.
8. User Information and Your Account
When submitting information through our website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. This includes your health history, current medications, contact details, and delivery address.
You are responsible for keeping your information up to date, for keeping your account login private, and for activity under your account. Giving inaccurate or incomplete health information can affect your safety and the clinician’s decisions.
9. Evaluations and Consultations
Your evaluation begins when you submit your online health intake questionnaire. A licensed clinician will review your intake and, if additional information is needed to make a safe and informed treatment decision, may contact you by secure message, phone, or video before proceeding.
Before your evaluation, you will be asked to review and accept our Telehealth Consent.
If you do not respond to a request for additional information within a reasonable time, your evaluation may be paused or closed, and you may need to resubmit your intake to continue.
10. Payments, Recurring Charges, and Cancellation
Payment is required according to the prices displayed or communicated at the time of purchase. Our pricing page explains what each price includes. There is no membership.
How billing works:
- Card authorization (hold). Your card is authorized at intake. Nothing is charged until a clinician finishes reviewing your intake.
- Consult fee. After the review, the $49 consult fee is charged, even if no prescription is written.
- Medication. Medication is charged only if a clinician prescribes it.
- Shipping. Shipping is $13 for standard shipping or $25 for cold shipping, charged once per order.
- Screened out before review. If you are screened out before clinician review (for example, you are located in Texas, are under 18, or fail identity verification), the hold is voided and you pay nothing.
No charges under this Section recur automatically. You will only be charged when you place a new order.

Ridgewell Health reserves the right to correct pricing or other listing errors and to update prices, services, or offerings when necessary.
By placing an order you authorize Ridgewell Health LLC to charge the payment method you provide, as described in this Section. Charges will appear on your statement as “Ridgewell Health LLC.”
11. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, designs, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ridgewell Health unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission.
12. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information, including health information, is collected, used, and shared with Partell Pharmacy and used by licensed clinicians to evaluate and treat you.
Our Privacy Policy also describes how Protected Health Information (PHI) is safeguarded in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), to the extent HIPAA applies to the parties involved in your care.
13. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services.
Ridgewell Health does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites or services.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that website content will always be complete, accurate, current, or free from errors.
Our website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Your use of the website is at your own discretion and risk. This does not limit the professional responsibilities that licensed clinicians owe to you as a patient.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ridgewell Health will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to your use of the website or services.
This limitation of liability applies to Ridgewell Health’s operation of the website and platform. It does not extend to Partell Pharmacy, which is independently responsible for its own acts and omissions in dispensing and shipping medication, and it does not limit the professional responsibility licensed clinicians owe you for the clinical care they provide. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be limited.
16. Changes to These Terms
Ridgewell Health may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, practices, or applicable requirements.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
