You pay a flat consult fee for your clinician’s review. Medication and shipping are billed separately, and medication only if a clinician prescribes it.
The $49 Consult
The $49 consult covers a licensed clinician’s review of your health intake and their decision about whether treatment is medically appropriate for you. It does not include medication or shipping.
The $49 is charged once the clinician finishes the review, even if no prescription is written. Paying the consult fee does not guarantee a prescription. If a clinician prescribes medication, it is billed separately, as shown below.
How Billing Works
- At intake: your card is authorized (a hold). Nothing is charged yet. The hold may show as pending on your statement for a few days.
- After the clinician finishes the review: the $49 consult fee is charged, even if no prescription is written.
- If a clinician prescribes medication: the medication is charged at the prices listed below, plus shipping ($13 standard or $25 cold, once per order).
- If you are screened out before review (for example, you are located in Texas, are under 18, or fail identity verification): the hold is voided and you pay nothing.
There is no membership. Charges appear on your statement as “Ridgewell Health LLC.”
Medication Prices (If Prescribed)
These prices apply only if a clinician prescribes the medication. You cannot select or purchase prescription medication from this page. The clinician decides the medication, strength, and quantity. Where a price range is shown, the price depends on the strength and quantity your clinician prescribes.

*Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance. A clinician must confirm a medical need, typically with lab testing, and sets the strength and dosage. Ongoing monitoring is required.
Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy. They are not FDA-approved and are not the same as brand-name medicines.
